Our experience with Builder Land was first rate! Edward is a pleasure to work with; he finished our job on time and under budget. And the bathrooms look great. He brought our 1964 houses three bathrooms up to date from their tired 1980's vibe. He found some issues, like a leaking toilet and fixed. We really love our bathrooms and only wish we had them done sooner.

This is probably the most frequent question we are asked, and the answer really depends on the scope of the remodel and we will work with you to fully understand your requirements, priorities, desires, and dreams for your project. We will then create and present a plan and a quote for the project.

How Long will my Bathroom or Kitchen be out of Commission?

We will work with you to ensure that the functionality of your bathroom or kitchen is restored as quickly as possible so that you can experience the least disruption possible.

What about permits?

We take care of all permitting including all the associated drawings and the various inspections with the city or county you live in. Our work is to the highest standards and meets all building, electrical, and plumbing code requirements.
