Our team will present a design for your project and then work with you to finalize the layout and choose materials and finishes. We will then create a plan and the schedule we will execute to.

Complete the Project

Our team will complete the project to the agreed upon design and schedule, while providing you with status updates and check-ins along the way.

Post-Inspection

After a thorough cleanup, we will do a complete walk-through and post-inspection of the project with you to make sure everything is top quality and completed to your expectations.

Our experience with Builder Land was first rate! Edward is a pleasure to work with; he finished our job on time and under budget. And the bathrooms look great. He brought our 1964 houses three bathrooms up to date from their tired 1980's vibe. He found some issues, like a leaking toilet and fixed. We really love our bathrooms and only wish we had them done sooner.
